The 12C27M Sadnvick steel blades are offset by full-tang glass-reinforced polymer handles which feel supremely smooth in the hand. The 15.5% Chromium of the steel gives inherent resistance to corrosion, and the 0.52% arbon content ensures a perfect cutting edge can be maintained.
